Welcome to the official site of Subsistance Films. As of June 4th 2010 Subsistance Films has been disbanded and a new group has been formed by its top brass. This site, however has been kept open for viewers to see our productions. You can view all of our videos by by visiting our Youtube Channel or view our list of major productions on our productions page.

Mission Statement
The art of cinema is one of immense talent and incredible magic, created by many of sometimes unsung artists. Prop managers, makeup artists, sound directors, lighting technicians, photography managers, script writers and much, much more. It takes a long, difficult time to make such a show of skill and a comparatively short time to appreciate it. Which is why movies deserve you full, undivided attention and utmost respect. Movies take you away from the real world, to a place where you can forget all your problems and live in the world of fiction and fantasy. A place where you can be an invincible police robot, defeat a galactic empire or travel back and forth in time using car from the 80's. Where one man can defeat many, where inspiration and action replace sadness and despair, a place where stress is nonexistent. This amazing feat of entertainment cannot be accomplished without an equally amazing and capable crew and cast. The men and women who dedicate their imagination, time, money and talent to the passion of cinema spend their lives making motion pictures that will raise the bar for all people and bring you, the all powerful audience into and eternal state of cinematic utopia. That is where we come in.
